Summing up, MIND’S main objective is the appraisal, wide range diffusion and critical discussion of this newly accumulated knowledge – theory and policy perspectives – whit government officials, NGO leaders parliamentarians, teachers, and CEO’s in order to contribute towards a creative and democratic dialog targeting and supporting new thinking and action designed to bring about a global institutional architecture. One architecture that enables the promotion of economic development while addressing poverty in the developing world.

The Network is organized in three inter-related areas:

  • Knowledge Exchange Workshops;
  • International Networking Initiatives;
  • Multiple level diffusion of ideas , strategic thinking and policy proposals.

The diffusion of the newly accumulated knowledge and the contribution to the debate on national and international developmental policies has been materializing in a set of expected results such as:

  • Articles submitted to peer-reviewed periodicals
  • Papers in scientific conferences
  • Policy position papers in specially directed media or specialized forums, as the proposed workshops
  • Short articles in the media
  • Dedicated Workshops
  • Book series with expanded versions of material presented and discussed in the workshops
  • A web hub as a locus of wider and permanent debate - a network of networks.
